Jesse
Welcome to my page in The Alpha Initiative! I’m so excited to be here; to share this space with amazing humans and encourage you to take hold of being the Alpha in your own life. This is wildly exciting and lights my soul on fire.
We hear a lot about being an ALPHA in the context of masculinity and being a strong man, but what does it mean for a WOMAN to be an ALPHA in life?
Women are called to be ALPHAS.
Women are meant to be strong leaders, use their voice and take challenges head on while doing it with the perspective only a woman can have
When you look up the definition of Alpha you’ll find a list of defining phrases and examples of usage. One phrase and the most common meaning is as follows: denoting a person who has a dominant role or position within a particular space.
Another which I abolutley love and am clinging to reads like this: the first (typically the brightest) star in a constellation.
I believe there is nothing stopping any woman from being the dominant role in her space. I don’t think that comes in conflict with being married, having a career, being a good mom, volunteering your time, services or knowledge. Nor do I believe it disqualifies you from working closely, in any relationship with a man. Being a dominant force does not mean you are harsh, aggressive or unkind; that you aren’t nurturing or sympathetic. There are defined roles for a man and a woman. If you both want to be the dominant force within your respective roles you put together an unstoppable force.
I also love the idea of being the first and brightest star in a constellation. When you look back to the history of stars they were often used as markers, guides and/or directional indicators. If you use the constellation to represent your family and loved ones closest to you, you can be and are the alpha star in your feminine role. You are their first and brightest star. You will lead them, guide them, give them direction and help them find themselves regardless of the season of life.
What a special and beautiful opportuinity as an Alpha woman!
We are NOT in competition with men. We are NOT in competition with other women.
Our only job is to out shine ourselves from the day before and be the dominant, guiding light in our respecitve role and space.

From crazy mom moments, to wild wife stories, living a military lifestyle with her high school sweetheart, Travis, (now retired Army veteran) to motivation and mishaps, Jesse puts the real in “real talk.”
“We all struggle in one way or another but there are lessons to be learned in every season of our life. Whether we are currently struggling or coming out on the other side the only way we grow is fighting for what we want, who we are and where we are going.”
We can do that together! Let’s laugh at our mistakes, learn from our trials and never stop counting each day that passes as a great joy just to be alive.
