We've all heard the saying "misery loves company," but have you ever stopped to think about what it really means?

Alright, listen up, men. It’s time to stop dragging your past around like a ball and chain. We all know you’ve got some shit you’ve been through. Maybe it’s trauma from way back, maybe it’s some family crap, or maybe it’s those messed-up experiences that left you with a chip on your shoulder. Whatever it is, it’s time to let it go. Using it as an excuse? That’s a crutch for the weak. It’s the perfect cop-out, but let me tell you, holding onto that story is not doing a damn thing for your life now.

Stop waiting for the perfect moment—it doesn’t exist. The perfect time to start was yesterday. The next best time is right now.

Here’s the deal, and I’m going to be super candid, who cares? Seriously what possible difference does it really make?

We all have a story that defined in some ways who we’d ultimately become and for most it’s not particularly glamorous or even very nice. Additionally, it’s to illustrate that those moments and seasons that got us here do not have to define us. With that, you have to intentionally CHOOSE who you’re going to be!h an idea.

Let’s be real. How many people out there are peddling the whole “It’s all about mindset” nonsense and calling themselves “motivation coaches”. Too many to count these days. Do you know why though? Because it sells! Not only that but it sells to the same people OVER and OVER again.
