MELISSA SILVA; FAITH. GRACE. AND COFFEE!

Hello world, it took me about 37 years to get to this point. To use my voice to speak and encourage women across the world to have faith in God! Why do I say that? Well, before I found Christ, I was living a life of chaos and bad choices from start of childhood. Choices made that weren’t my decisions, and choices I made full well knowing I shouldn’t have made them. 

I was born in Newark NJ, and lived there 11 out of 15 years of my life, before moving to FL immediately after 9/11. I am eldest of four, heroine attic father that also molested my sister and I, poor, and often times it was always a struggle. My father’s way of living kept doors open that no child should experience. Nonetheless I used what happened to me as a fire in me to hustle. I knew I did not want to live a life like what I had as a kid. I made sure I stayed out of trouble and kept focused. By the time I turned 18, I had already left the house immediately 10 1/2 months later. The rest well, that’s a long story, but I do go into more detail about it on the Unchained-Untamed Podcast I was on in early April of this year. 

Everything I’ve experienced in life molded me into the individual I am today. However, it’s God that healed and restored my soul through all the of my trials. He has allowed me to be Free and in Peace to go through anything. When you’ve found the Lord in your lowest of lows, you tend to pack on a different kind of armor. Peoples opinions of you kind of just roll off you after time. I’ve made it a mission since 10/24/2021 to speak of the gospel of our Lord. In a world of disfunction, corruption, division, I stick to His word. The only word that I know to be true.
